Je pars en Norvège au delà du cercle polaire arctique, plus précisément à Tromso et aux Lofoten. Ce sera l'occasion de faire une petite action de solidarité.
J'ai décidé de faire une action très concrète : récolter 400€ afin de construire un jardin potager dans une école en Thaïlande. La totalité de l'argent sera remis à "La chaine de l'Espoir" (association à but non lucratif) qui construit ces potagers sur place, en Thaïlande.
Description du projet :
La création d'un potager comprend l'acquisition de semences, d'engrais et d'outils agricoles. Ce potager concerne 500 à 2000 enfants en fonction de la taille de l'école concernée. Les aliments cultivés dans ce potager sont une source de nourriture pour les écoliers thaïlandais et participent à la lutte contre la malnutrition.
Le potager est également intégré à des ateliers pédagogiques. Les enfants sont ainsi initiés aux techniques de production, ils acquièrent un savoir-faire qu'ils pourront exploiter plus tard.
Les actions de La Chaîne de l'Espoir sont concentrées dans le Buriram, dans le nord-est de la Thaïlande. Dans cette région pauvre et rurale, la malnutrition frappe particulièrement les enfants.
Ainsi, si j'atteins mon objectif grâce à votre générosité, c'est 500 à 2000 enfants qui verront leur quotidien amélioré!

I’m leaving my country (France) to go to Norway, situated above the Artic polar circle, close to Tromso and Lofoten. I'll use this trip to organize a small charity deed.
I have decided to do a very concrete action: collect 400€ in order to build a vegetable garden in a school in Thailand. The full amount of donate will be given to "La chaine de l'espoir" = The Chain of Hope (website in english) (a non-profit association) which builds these vegetable gardens in Thailand.
Project description:
The vegetable garden creation includes the purchase of seeds, plant food, and agricol tools. The vegetable garden concerns 500 to 2000 children: it is constructed regarding the size of the concerned school. The cultivated food in this garden is a source food for Thai schoolchild and participate in the fight against malnutrition. The vegetable garden is also integrated into educational work. The children are therefore introduced to production skills and they learn a know-how which they could use later. The actions of The Chain of Hope are concentrated in the Buriram, in the North-East of Thailand. In this region poor and rural, malnutrition hit in particular children.
If I reach my goal thanks to your generosity, we will improve life of 500 to 2000 children!
